I give 7 for facilities and service due to hot water in my room is not comfortable.I have complaint 3 times due to they could not solve a problem until I check out.Any other is ok, breakfast is good, swimming pool is ok (they clean it every morning), bilyard table is not good.

Very nice hotel, only a few things I think they could do slightly better - the pool bar should be open, it looks like it's been closed for a while. I would have made great use of that bar! And also there is a rooftop terrace that is underutilised. It's beautiful up there but noone really knows it's there - would be great developed into a bbq area for guests to use, or something along those lines. Location was great for all the seafood restaurants on the beach and the staff were very friendly.

This hotel was fine for us as we were on holiday for 6 weeks in different locations and wanted some sunshine for a few days, but I would not recommend this hotel to anybody that is going to Bali for a 2 week holiday as is very rundown and definitely needs a lot of money and work put into it. It is 9 years old and certainly appears a lot older due to the maintenance required.

Children's play area needs to be updated and the grass was long and thus plenty of mosquito bites for our son. Everything else was very nice and we will choose your hotel again in the future. Staff all very friendly and accomodating.

Fabulous value for money and great location right on the beach though with two beautiful big swimming pools we hardly needed to venture there. Excellent breakfasts too. We ended up extending our original stay from 2 days to 6! I would definitely recommend it. Fantastic mid-range hotel

I really enjoyed staying at Sari Segari. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Overall great value for money - I would have no hesitation in recommending to others and returning for another holiday.

We were 2 families with kids and for the regular rate, Sari Segara gave us a suite with a large living room/kitchen between the 2 bedrooms. It was perfect for the kids and the bath tub was awesome. The pool was almost empty and they had a stock of inflateables for people to use. The staff were warm and welcoming and really friendly throughout our stay. We moved on to a higher star hotel but found it dissapointing after the Segara so we returned at the end of our holiday. The only downside was that Jimbaran was too quiet. We had to take taxis into Kuta for shopping etc. Most restaurants only served fish which was not so great for the kids. We weighed this up when deciding wether to return but decided the hotel was worth the extra taxi rides!

due to theft by one of the hotel staff .................? good service at the desk, at breakfast & well cleaned rooms, but one morning when we were at breakfast, our room was cleaned, & the cleaner stole some money from the bedside table - because of this theft we will NEVER come back to your hotel, & we will never recommend any of our friends to stay there
