The hotel is in a great location, it's just very dated and needs some TCL. The staff were very polite and helpful, I guess for what you are playing it's ok.

great budget hotel but just remember you get what yoi pay for. Basic pool (no swim up bar), no currency converter as stated on their advertising and our room smelt like mould the whole time and was invaded by mozzies at night due to the gaps between the roof and the walls, and the doors and the floor. The food was great and the staff in the restaurant were wonderful-they made ourwhole stay there a lot more enjoyble. The cleaning staff were very trustworthy, we left money by the side of the bed every day and it wasn't touched. the front desk staff weren't very helpful but this could have been the language barrier. It's about a 30 minute walk to kuta but we caught taxis (only use the bluebird ones-they won't rip u off-make sure the meter is working before you get in) as it was only 20.000 ($2 aussie). Overall i would recommend this to people who want no frills accomodation and who want to keep to themselves

Good for a short stay in a busy area. Peaceful courtyard area. Convenient for the Airport and local amenities. Downstairs rooms seem better than upstairs with very steep steps to climb. Bathroom toilet was continually flushing and in the morning there was no water for a shower for a time.

Enjoyed our stay, there was some initial confusion with rooms but was sorted quickly. Staff very helpful and friendly.
Wireless internet very much appreciated. Oasis out of the hustle and bustle that can be Kuta and Legian.

Deluxe rooms were a good size. Beds and towels were changed daily. Location was less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, bars & restaurants.

The bathroom facility needs improvement. Water pressure in taps was not strong. Small mirror. Some lights were not working. Room was too dim (even if all lights worked). Air condition was not cool enough. Service and promptness was cceptable. Staff were friendly. Area was peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast was not a wide selection buffet, instead limited set menu.

We showed up one day late on short notice and still we were not charged for that night, which was very generous. Suggestions for improvement:
1) A lot of mosquitoes came into the room through the little opening between the door and the door frame. Door should be tight to avoid this. We had to get mosquito spray from the shop next door.
2) Breakfast: Would recommend the hotel to get dark bread, skimmed milk, and other more healthy options.

Location is good and covienient to restaurants and shops.We were disappointed especailly when we had requested a room with a king size bed and we were given a queen size but as we arrived late in the evening we just accepted it.The GM managed to give us a room with a king size bed the next day which we very much appreciated.Service staff generally are polite but we were very disappointed with the attitude of the man (staff) at the reception on the evening we checked out.Have been to Bali over 20 times in the last 25 years but first time had attitude that is not Balinese like on that last evening.He definitely did not get a tip!!!. I may stay at the resort again as I visit a shop nearby for my shopping.These days we visit Bali at least once a year and sometimes twice.

We had a lovely stay at the Adika Sari Bungalows in September, this being our second trip to Bali in 2007. Our only regret is that we spent too long in Thailand and would have liked to have had a whole week.
The quality of the rooms was excellent for the price. There were limited facilities available due to construction work on a new restaurant, but this did not spoil our stay. It was still possible to enjoy the pool with minimal of noise.
The location was excellent for the shops and beachfront restaurants, and being away from the main streets was a lot quieter.
We now have a friend living in Legian, to whom we have recommended Adika Sari for her visiting guests and family. When we come back in 2008 or 2009, we will definitely book Adika Sari again with balihotels.com. We wish them all the success.

I was positively surprised when I arrived at Adika Sari. Ok, the front of the place was being rebuild (upgraded) as was the restaurant, but I didn't care about that, because the service these people provide was fantastic. And constantly with a smile ! The rooms are a bit older but the size of the Deluxe was nice; price/quality was excellent!!

The hotel is having renovation during our stay, it is very noisy on day time. It spoited our balcony view too as our room is directly facing the renovated area. For the price we paid for, we didn't deserve this type of facility.
There is only one international pluge available in the hotel and it as loan to another hotel guest, we don't get to charge our handphone battery during our stay there. Furthermore, there are no hair dryer available for the guest.
On the other hand, the hotel is clean and the staff service is good.

This small Hotel was very nice and our ratings is as following. All the Staff was very friendly and the Manager very helpfull by a big Problem we had. We really would like to stay there again.
