very nice hotel, modern, clean, peaceful and quiet. the staff are friendly and quick to respond. the amenities are adequate. rooms are very modern and beautifully furnished, pool is a little small but enough for dips and always a nice view from any window. only thing that didn't quite live up to my expectations was that it wasn't beachfront, so there had to be a 5 minute walk to the beach. if you don't mind walking this wouldn't bother you, but if it does, beach front hotels would be a better choice. but overall, this is a very good hotel. even if it isn't beach front, you'll quickly forget that fact and still enjoy your stay here

We only stayed 1 night but it was a nice boutique hotel, good value for money. I only wish it was closer to the beach.

The apartment room that we used,maybe it's rarely use, so in a few area a little bit dusty... and the receptionist not really friendly with a local tourist like us.

The staff was very helpful when one of our drivers did not show up. They immediately found another driver to take us to Uluwatu & Jimbaran Bay. The staff was always cheerful & friendly. The pool area was beautiful, & the food at Hot Mango Restaurant was wonderful.

The rooms are nice, but could do with a lick of paint. Excellent food; nice swimming pool. Helpful and pleasant staff.A bit out of the way in a side street.Excellent value; I have stayed in more expensive hotels that don't offer anywhere near the service of the Courtyard Hotel.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous. I wanted to see the apartments (which are beautiful), and was given a tour by one of the staff members. Although I prefer Seminyak, this hotel is well located, with nice rooms and beautiful pool/outdoor area. I would definitely stay here again.

P.S. I stayed for 2 weeks and Shawn stayed 2 days and Helgi stayed 12 days. just to correct the dates spent at the hotel.
