we missed an information book in the rooms about the hotel facilities, tours ect.

Service from the staff and the Room was great, the Hotel grounds were beautiful and the general situation of the Hotel was lovely if slightly isolated. The Hotel food was the only disappointing thing. Breakfast was pretty average and in the evenings it was mostly buffets and we were not able to eat from the a la carte menu. I found the Buffets expensive concidering it was mostly Salad , Sate sticks and rice and my 13 year old son had to pay the full adult price which I though was a little cheeky ? I would certainly go back there to stay but eat elsewhere.

The hotel is very nice and nicely located down to the beach. Rooms are spacious and nice/clean. Only objection we had was the lack of public transport to/from town. No taxi available in Lovina, which often is a problem. Would be nice if hotel could arrange shuttle to/from Lovina or other town a few times a day.
