Overall the services in the hotel is very good. Staff are friendly and make you feel very welcome and take all their way to accomodate you. As for food, it's not up to the 'mark' of the hotel. For the price you are paying, quality of food should be better. Sometimes it's not of the price, food need to be good.

Breakfast is barely acceptable while comparing with other 5-star hotels. We had water leakage problem in our bathroom which was not actually fixed during our stay.

Perhaps, the hotel should facilitate hair dryer, more facility for kids and more safety beach area. Overall, I like the hotel having gone environmentally friendly (no plastic bag).

Electrical Equipments (TV, kettle) are a bit too old. Overall, hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. Only thing is too watch out for traders/guides along the beach trying to sell their excursion trips or craft items. could be annoying.

We had to pay for every single thing and so expensive (borrow a tuba for our son at the swimming pool) plus the prices are not always clear, sometimes in roupiah, others in dollars! For a hotel of this standard the internet connection should be free; we went to a cheaper hotel there and that was the case! the taxes should be included in the prices , we are always surprised to discover the final price to pay. there should be a shuttle to downtown at least once a day, instead of loosing time waiting for a taxi, not to mention the price again!

I had booked palace spa package and opted for upgrade to a suite. i was offered a suite on the ground floor (1020) which had no ocean view. My specific request was denied on the ground that all other suites are taken. I have specific knowledge that this was not so. 2. Break fast and High tea need to have certain cooked breakfast items for vegetarians. 3. Sp a has excellent facilities and service.
