We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bale and the accommodation and service received not only met but surpassed our expectations. Staff are without exception better than anything we have experienced elsewhere with notable standouts in the cooks and wait staff and the drivers of the courtesy cars. The accommodation is superb and is far and away the best we have experienced anywhere. We also enjoyed ver much supporting the BAle staff t the cooking competition held in the Westin There is however one adverse comment in that we would have preferred to have been advised prior to arrival that the renovations could cause noise problems. That said the general manager did speak to us personally and arranged a move to an upgraded pavilion (pavilion 22) for 3 days of our stay as our original pavilion was next to a work site.
