I have stayed at this excellent hotel on over 20 occasions, and have noticed a steady decline in both the price and the maintenance of the facilities over the last few years. To ensure you get the best out of your stay it is essential to let the hotel know about anything that is adversely affecting your stay. If correctly approached through either rhe duty manager or the guest relations manager they will do everything possible to resolve your issue. That said this is a brilliantly located hotel on half a mile of beachfront with well maimtained gardens and 3 sets of swimmingpools. A great spot for a distinctly Balinese beachside holiday, and great value for money.

location service and everything else was fantastic, getting a little old and some furniture need replacing but on the whole very good value for money and good service. May be a shuttle to Kuta would be good

I had an terrible experience at this hotel.One day i had to make a phone call to the hotel room from another city i was staying though no one answered my calls til late nite..so I tried it again a bit earlier the next day though it was the same.So i mad a complaint to the hotel but its conceirge didnt say sorry but she tried to talk back to me wow I've never been in that situation before. what's worse,my aunt stayed there with my mom and they always left 1 or 2 dollars as a tip but the cleaner always took it though, condition of room was very messy like the mirror in the bath room was still stained or memo-notes were never replaced.we were very terrified with its service.
However,they seemed to make a good impression after my complaints,so well. let me see how they keep up with their service. That's why i beleive their charge seems too high for its maintenances.

1. There were ants in our room which was taken care of very well immediately but needs permanent cure.
2. Corridors lights were fixed to be lit at 7.0 pm while it was dark much earlier.
3. Old furniture in the room needs to be taken care of.

The first day when we arrived at the lobby with my fellows, the Art of Living. I changed my room more than five times, because there was already somebody in the room when I entered the room you allocated to me. It was really tiring.

It needs money spent on it to upgrade decoration and furnishings inside. Outside the pool staff are fantastic but the equipment they are able to offer to the guests is very worn and shabby and the paved areas around the pool are becoming dilapidated to the point of being dangerous. It would be wonderful to see the hotel returned to some of its former glory but despite this we hope to make many more visits to our favourite hotel in our favourite island of Bali.

Thank you for following up with my stay with your hotel. I hope the comments can be more favourable on my next visit. Balinese have that natural grace and charm that is indeed suitable for the tourist industry.I, graded 4 on cleaniness due to continous trail of ants along the room skirting, general room cleanliness,toilets near the swimming pool areas.I rated 5 on price/value because the hotel needs refurbishment to bring it to a 5 star standard.

We were so impressed with our stay that we wish to book again for December and January this year. We booked 6 rooms in total and would have expected a discount , perhaps next time ???The friendliness of the Balinese people was reflected by the people working in your hotel. I have lived in Indonesia for 5 years and told my family about the people , especially those from Bali. Now they understand.
The only negative comment would be the plumbing in our rooms, the water did not escape from the bath in some of the rooms.
