Very nice and calm location, but bungalows needs some renovation. Anyway we enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Good value for money during New Year's celebration.

While In Bali, I had a chance to stay at a lovely family operated hotel called Sindhu Beach Inna, located in Sanur Beach. I work in the Hospitality industry myself and was most impressed with the service which was given. The Staff was well trained and accommodating to the needs of each customer. The Hotel was clean and set at the perfect location along the beach. I will be sure to refer Sindhu Beach Inna to friends and family.

Staff were not very helpful. We had requested an extra bed, when it was brought to the room the mattress was dirty, this happened twice. We ended up getting an extra room instead.

We booked through BaliHotels.com without knowing the hotel and were very pleased. A lovely spot with wonderful staff, in a great location. It is on the beach, with good shopping and many restaurants nearby. Getting on in years, but the room was large and we enjoyed our own veranda - it was good value for our money. We were very pleased with the concierge service for airplane tickets and car and driver rentals, the hotel store staff went out of their way to find extra material I wanted to buy, and the hotel desk staff made us an excellent reservation for our stay in Ubud. Several people we met poolside have been coming for years, and we see why.

Pleasant enough. Found the reception staff not overly helpful, and the confirmed bungalows (4) were not available on the day of our arrival, only on the day after.

due to late reservation i only could spend one night in the hotel and had to move the next day, luckly hotel found a solutions. this solutions (some villa/house) was acceptable for 1 night as it was only for sleeping, if not i wouldn't stay there.

Parts of the hotel are in need of some maintenance and it is showing its age a little. cleaning under the rim. The staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful The service could not be faulted. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in 2009.

Except for the restaurant there are no facilities like spa or organised evenings (except the dances),There is no local Bali travel desk. The problem of Sanur is the lack of activities after 19.00 in the evening. The bathroom had very poor waterpressure. The staff is extremely friendly and helpfull. Alltogether a nice hotel good location and slightly overpriced for the quality of the rooms,which look quite old.
