My girlfriend and I loved this hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious and the service was without fault. It is maybe a bit too far out of Kuta to walk but we had a scooter so that didnt bother us (it was only about 10000rp to get to Kuta if scooters arnt your thing). I would recommend Green Garden beach resort if you want to spend most of your time relaxing rather than shopping as there isn't really any of the typical bali stalls nearby

Excellent service & friendly staff made the stay great. Situated in a quiet location away from the hustle & bustle.
Beautiful sunsets & sea views from the 4th level made the climb up the stairs worthwhile.

I asked specificaly if a room downstairs was available because my mother can't walk the stairs. The staff ignored my question by email. We came and we got a room at the first floor. That was inconvenient, also that the restaurant was upstairs. The staff should have informed me about that.

The big rooms, high ceilings, big windows, and big bathroom are a plus. But there no hot water in the sink, though plenty in the big Jacuzzi bathtub. There wasn’t a stopper for the bathtub, making it useless. There’s no light above the bathroom mirror, very inconvenient, and there’s no towel holder for a face towel. The toilet was nearly broken on my last visit and the spray leaked. In other words, someone is skimping on the setup to save money. The location facing the sunset and across from quiet Tuban beach is great, except for the roar of motorcycles going past in the afternoon; there’s no wall on the road side to make the pool area feel private. The pool itself is big, clean, and refreshing, with a waterfall that provides a soothing background noise. Breakfast is average and doesn’t take advantage of the good breads and other food now available.

hotel was excellant bathroom one of the biggest baths great value for money. only one problem the hotel needs to cut back some of the trees to allow more sun to hit the swimming pool area.
