Lovely staff and very helpful. My family really enjoyed the ambience and set up. An easy place to relax and hang out overlooking the rice paddy and monkey forest.

Beautiful room, very nice bed, great views, generally very clean except for the shower/bathroom which was a little smelly. service was also very good.

Padi Prada Suite & Spa is a big joke! There is NO spa. There is NO luxury villas. The restaurant is really poor. When we came to the hotel, we got the room we booked ‘Luxury Villa’ – it wasn’t clean. Nobody was cleaned it after the former visitor. It took a long time to get it clean and after that the toilet was still smelling as urine. The closet door was broken, it fell on me when I touched it. In the bathroom and in the room all the walls were ‘broken’. There was no spa – some construction work was ongoing in the place, etc. We stayed there only one night and changed to another hotel, which was 25 USD cheaper/night and 10 times better! I wouldn’t pay more than 20 USD/night. Do not go there!

Sorry but we did not find this hotel value for money. The photos on the web do not represent the hotels current condition. The rooms are very tied. Power points do not work, knobs are falling off cupboards, the lighting is very poor, the bathroom had mould. Even the swimming pool is tiny, like a plunge pool.The staff even entered the room in the evening and turned off the airconditoner while we were out for dinner. The breakfast the next morning was very poor in quantity and quality. Even the table cloth was badly stained. We were going to originally going to stay 6 nights but checked out after 1 night. Therre many other hotels in Ubud that charge less and are much better. We do not recommend this hotel at all and would suggest that it be withdrawn until after it is recommended.

Room Cabinets, hard to open doors and drawers, there's really no spa facility,everyone is really polite,like the padi field setting in the room we stayed and the quietness,there are cheaper rates like Artini 3 Cottages nearby with nice settings and spa. Not much options (the noodle soup quite saltish and takes a long time to serve).

We had a very nice stay at Padi Prada. Excellent staff and a beautiful location! It is not so obvious that you are staying right next to and have a beautiful view (from the luxuary suites) over a large rice paddy. That makes it probably one of the best places to stay right in the centre of Ubud. It's worth a recommendation.
The management might actually advertise that better on the website.
Of course some comments:
- the seats (well it's a bench with pillows and a table on top) on the veranda are very uncomfortable. With the beautiful view you would like to sit there for hours, but you can't hold out now. The seating in the room (1 chair) is minimal as well.
- some renovation (walls, ceiling) is required in the bathrooms
- cleanliness of the bathroom, despite the required renovation, could be better
- breakfast is minimal, but the location is perfect
